Jessi Rohr

Jessi Rohr is a Dancer/ Teacher/ Choreographer who worked professionally in the Los Angeles area for ten years. She has extensive teaching and performance experience that has reached many cities around the world. While enjoying a career of her own, working in all facets of the dance industry from television to movies to live shows, and having the opportunities to work for many brilliant industry choreographers as well as performing with one of L.A.’s premiere Jazz companies, Commonality Dance Co, she also wants to help support and grow the local dance community through teaching and providing professional quality and passionate instruction for the next generation of dancers. Jessi has enjoyed guiding and choreographing for students all across the U.S. Her roots are in Portland, OR, and she is now teaching in Seattle, WA but still considers L.A. her second home. Her focused work ethic, quality instruction and passion for the art has made her a staple in the teaching community with many loyal employers, students and friends in the dance industry.

Stephanie Barrett

Stephanie Barrett is the face you see when you walk into the studio as one of our administrative assistants. With over 10+ years of experience in childcare and customer service, Stephanie also worked for a local gymnastics gym. Where, in the 5 years she worked there, climbed her way into the office manager and team administrator role. She now uses her accumulated skills over here at Rohr Studios to keep the front desk running.

Annalisa Brinchmann

Annalisa Brinchmannbegan train ing at the Pacific Northwest Ballet School, Dance Fremont and The Studios, attending summer intensives at Ballet Austin, and The Joffrey Ballet. She is now a graduate of The University of Washington where she double majored in Dance and Musical Theater.  Locally, she has taught at a number of Community Centers in Seattle (Laurelhurst, Green Lake, Delridge and Loyal Heights) as well as The Emerald Ballet Theater, Aspire Kinetic Arts, VAM Studios, DASSdance and The Community Dance Project.

You may have seen Annalisa on stage as anything from a bunny to a showgirl to a nun! She has been fortunate enough to work with Village Theater, Leavenworth Summer Theater, The Edmonds Driftwood Players and The Woodland Park Players.

Jessica Colon grew up in New York City and  began dancing with private lessons at the age

of five she continued her education dancing at Bronx Dance Academy/Theatre with a concentration in Ballet , Martha Graham/ Alvin Ailey Modern dance , Musical Theatre , and Jazz. Jessica's passion for dance never stopped a she continued dancing into adulthood. She is excited to be a part of the Rohr Studios family and work towards bringing joy and enrichment to young boys and girls through the art of dance.

Violet Osmanson

-Social Media Manager / Pride Team Choreographer

Violet started her dance career in the Los Angeles area finding passion in the technical precision of the art. Dancing in various cities, she competed across the West Coast and performed works by Zoe Tatopoulos, Autumn Hernandez, and Chelsea Thedinga. She studied under the Boise Ballet Company during her time in Idaho, as well as did work with non profit performing arts events such as For the Soul and The Dance for Women. She is now working towards an Entrepreneur Bachelor's of Arts degree with a minor focus in Social Psychology. She uses the skills and tools she learns to create media content for the small business dance community.

Chelsea Michener

-Tap/ Jazz/ Jazz Funk/ Ballet/ HipHop/ Lyrical/ Theatre/ Contemporary

Chelsea started dancing at the age of 3 in Colorado.  By the time she was 17 she was accepted to the Edge Performing Arts Center Scholarship Program in Los Angeles.  She is well versed in tap, jazz, jazz funk, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, theatre, and contemporary.  She has been seen on stage many times working for choreographers such as Tessandra Chavez, Malaya, Joelle Martinec, Sakinah LeStage, Adam Parson, Scott Hislop, Tabitha and Napoleon D’Umo and Ryan Heffington to name a few.  Some of her previous work includes The Sing Off (Season 3), Cold Case, Dance Plug, the NAACP awards, O’Spada, Alex Kogan, Heartour, El Capitan Theatre, Disneyland and Christina Grimmie.  She has travelled to New Zealand, Sweden and Australia to assist some of the above choreographers.  She is also a member of Commonality Dance Company under the direction of Adam Parson.  You can catch her class on Phoenix Dance Convention in New Zealand as well as at the Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles.

Lara Jean Mummert

-Musical Theatre/ Contemporary/ Jazz/ Ballet / Tap

Lara Jean Mummert (Actress/ Producer/ Choreographer/ Dance Teacher) - Graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase Conservatory. Lara is originally from San Francisco, CA where she trained with the San Francisco Ballet, and the American Conservatory Theatre. She has performed works by Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Alonzo King’s Lines Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Bill T. Jones Dance Company, Paul Taylor Dance Company, and has performed the role of Elmo in the national tour of Sesame Street Live: Can't Stop Singing. In 2012 Lara was invited to be a choreographer by Oxygen Network for the glee project press events in NYC, there she met with director Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri where she acted as director of choreography. Her project "Lady White Snake" (Alexander Mcqueens tribute video) with Indrani won numerous awards across the globe and their second project "Till Human Voices" staring Lindsey Lohan, just premiered in LA, NYC, London, and Canada. During her free time she works with Joe Travolta's "Future Explored" as an improv teacher helping disabled adults learn how to write, direct, and act in their own films. She is now working at Panavision Studios Choreographing a new Musical Webseries set to release in 2018.
